ABN AMRO has been taken over by 3 consortium banks in October 2007. The separation of the bank, and the preparation for a Stand Alone future, for the Business Unit Transaction Banking is the objective of the Domain Steering Committee Transaction Banking. This is one of the most complicated areas of the bank - touching the \"payments heart\" of the bank; a billion euro business that runs 24 x 7.
Transaction Banking designs, sells and services solutions for Retail, SME and Corporate clients in the field of account structures, payment solutions, liquidity management tools and Internet Banking applications across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
This program offers a challenging, high-demanding, 9-month internship in the area of Communication, Product Development, Project Management, Client Service and Management Information. The assignment will offer the opportunity to carry heavy responsibilities during their internship. We require students to actively participate in the team in order to grow their knowledge and expertise, and to develop their interpersonal skills, while providing sufficient opportunities to write a high quality thesis.
