Are you a female student in the last phase of your Bachelor or Master degree? Do you want to discover your personal strengths and learn how to leverage them? Do you enjoy solving complex problems and working in a team? Do you want to explore if a career in strategy consulting suits you and your way of living? Then this is the program (February - June 2023) you are looking for!
Simon-Kucher & Partners offers the opportunity to 10 female students to join the Women Mentorship Program. During this program you will be invited to four workshops in which we will help you to reflect on your personality, experience what it is like to have a career in strategy consulting and kickstart your career.
In addition to the workshops, you will have a personal mentor who helps you design your own path forward in one-on-one sessions.
We are looking for Dutch-speaking female students who are eager to learn and grow, curious, enjoy problem solving, and have an interest in strategy consulting.

If you have passed the online application round, we will invite you for an assessment at our office and a 30-minute interview. Interviews will be held from November 15th – November 31st.
